Jose Mier Tours Tree-Lined Bike Way
Follow me, Jose Mier! As you know Sun Valley just got a new biking jogging path along San Fernando Road adjacent to the Burbank Airport which is part of a Metrolink project. I took another quick drive along San Fernando Rd. to see what’s new and I am her with an update.
As I showed in a previous video, an asphalt bike path was put in place and solar powered lights have been installed. Now, however, you can view the dozens of young trees that have been planted along the section of San Ferndando just across from the Burbank airport.
When the trees mature this will to be a pretty amazing area. Metrolink deserves a log credit since this Sun Valley area looks so much better and provides a welcome area for travelers and joggers and bikers walk or ride along a tree-lined street. It will be interesting to see it put to use.
